- Billing disputes.(At present the
site is Free 100%)
A reminder: CWN has a no refund policy. This
has been covered in more than one location both in the membership agreement
and the application. Forjoining CWN, as follows: “A 3-day written notice to
cancel does not grant or in anyway imply a refund. All charges are done monthly
(or otherwise per your selection on a reoccurring basis) and will be reflected
on your credit card or bank statement under EnterGlobe Enterprises Corp.” You

- All Cancellations.
You can simply cancel your
membership, using our automatic response system. You can either use the email
above or Fax us your request. Your cancellation will be in effect within three
(3) days of the receipt of your email. Please enclose your: full name, telephone
number, date that you have joined, user name, email address and reason(s) for
cancellation. Depending on the date of cancellation, you maybe charged a
prorated amount within the billing cycle. You will receive an automatic response
email back and your package will be downgraded to Silver Package (Life time free
membership), unless you request otherwise. We would very much appreciate your
communication of “the main reason(s)” that caused your cancellation so that we
can serve the Christian singles community better in the future. We certainly do
